Born on 03 July 1961, to a peasant family of nine (9) children, three of whom died. Orphaned father when I was in the ninth basic year, on May 27, 1981. My family and I went through some very difficult times because of the great persecutions that were being suffered by our (family) after the death of our father in Mapou in the south-east of the country. Being a convert of just two (2) years, I was bending under the faix of difficulties. It wasn't easy, but thanks to my older older brother, Maxo Lafleur, who took on the really complex responsibility at home, I was able to get away with it.

I went to primary school at Etiote Pierre Rue des Miracles College. My secondary studies at Alpha College, Christophe Avenue, 4th Street. I studied accounting, which was of no use to me.
After my first biblical, spiritual and theological formation at the "Last Message Colporters" Association for about four (4) years, I spent many years in the ministry of evangelist that I am by vocation of the Lord. I was consecrated and ordained preacher of the gospel by my late Spiritual Father Elisha Joseph of the Church of God of Post-Merchant of Haiti.

With the Ministry of Evangelization, we ended up establishing an ecclesiastical work at the 2nd Plain of Petit-Gôave, of which I was one of the leaders under the control of the Association of Fighters for Christ. I spent seventeen (17 years) of ministerial experience with the Fighters Association in which I was the principal teacher.
In 1989, Pastor Franck Antoine called on me to help him found a Bible school in Fontamara 43. I spent eight (8) years there as both administrative director and professor from 1989-1997. After my pastoral consecration in April 1997 by my late Father Pastor Peter Harry OSKA by order of the Lord, my ministry began with a night vigil founded by my wife in Delmas 19, on my first missionary trip to Canada in 1996, again under the aegis of my Apostle Peter Harry OSKA.

I also graduated from the Emmaus Bible study of Germany by Correspondence which lasted three (3) years.
For ten (10) years of spiritual and ministerial observation by my Apostle, He appointed me and consecrated me as his immediate replacement after his death or as the head of the Mission Independent Church of the Eternal Gate (MEDIPE).
I graduated from the Bible Doc Bible Institute in Starfford Virginia in 2013. Now I'm doing a master's degree in theology. I am a professor of theology and dean of the Evangelical Seminary of Sinai Theology founded by the Apostle Peter Harry Oska, my late Spiritual and Ministerial Father.
Since 2014 after the death of my Father, I am the Apostle General of the (MEDIPE)

I'm an evangelical writer. I wrote my first book, "Let Marriage Be Honored by All" in 1996 and now we are in the 3rd edition. In 2003, I wrote my second book "Some Realities of the Christian Faith"
In June 2015, I wrote my third book: "Ministerial Discipline." And now I'm at the 4th "Weaknesses and Forces of the Lord" already appeared. Very soon, the public will be able to revel in the 5th book entitled : "Some 12 kinds of servants".

And other books are in the works. I am an agent of the spiritual awakening of the Church of Jesus Christ, and this unconditionally either by death or by life, it is enough that Christ be glorified. May myself and my family diminish and Jesus Christ grow in all aspects.

a.) The Bible is a book inspired book by God. In one eternal God exists in three distinct persons: The Father, the son, and the Holy Spirit.
b.) Jesus Christ is the unique son of the father, designed of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Marie. he was crucified, buried, and resurrected from the dead. he rose to heaven where he is seated to the right hand of God and intercedes for us.
c.) All man sinned and are short of the Glory of God and repentance is the only way God give man to gain the forgiveness of sins.
d.)The justification, the regeneration and born again is gained through faith in Jesus Christ.
e.) Sanctification is crucial following born again by faith in Christ, by the word of God and by the Holy Spirit.
f.)Holiness is a life standard which God plains for his people.
g.) The Baptism of the Holy Spirit follows Holiness.
h.)Speaking in tongues according to What the Holy Spirit gives us to express. We speak in tongues according to the gift of the Holy Spirit.
i.) The baptism of the Holy Spirit by immersion. All who repent must be baptized in the name of the Father, the son, and the Holy Spirit.
j.) Divine healing was provided for all at the cross.
k.) Holy Communion and Washing of the feet.
l.) The second coming premillennial of Jesus Christ. first to resuscitate the dead in Christ and to take off the living Saints, then to reign on the earth during 1000 years.
m.) Bodily resurrection for the just and punishment for the wicked.
Objective:
1. Glorify God among humans
2. Teach all we received from God or from the word of God (Mathew 28:19,20; Jean 13:17)
3. Seek the lost souls
4. Lead Christians in a spiritual, ministerial, intellectual, social, and economical progress
5. Benefit the starved and the destitute

Experience the motivation and preparation of Christians for the imminent ⏳coming of Jesus Christ who will withdraw his people and judge the wicked
The MEDIPE is an independent mission. It does not depend on any other mission or international organizations. the financial resources come from the church members contribution, thites, offerings, thites of thithes, primaries, anual contributions and gift given by friends.
No, even though the church insisted on paying Apostle Amel Lafleur & taking care of all of his expenses along with those of his family, he refused such offer. The offering plate is for church needs only, and does not go to Apostle Amel Lafleur nor his family's account. Apostle Amel Lafleur believes God is able to to provide for him and his family through faith.
People that are newcomer to MEDIPE have to spend at least 3 months or more, depending on their evaluation, to observe the church themselves. during those time of observations they are considered visitors and are also being observed by the leadership of the church. After the observation period they will go through a process called Soul-Cure, this process is to know the persons past life and current life so that the leaders may better know how to help them grow spiritually, socially, economically, academically, ect. After the Soul-Cure process, they may be integrated within the church as the Pastor of the Church seems fit. Anyone who is part of a MEDIPE church is part of the whole MEDIPE mission.
